The refugee situation is an issue which spans all of Europe. Therefore, effective solutions should be found at a transnational level. However, due to the contentious nature of the topic and the constantly evolving context means relatively little transnational collaboration has been carried out in the field of education. PROMISE’s main strength is its ability to allow countries to learn from their neighbours regarding adult education strategies.
